Hi! My name is Camilla, I’m 28 years old and I’m from Brazil. ????
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and currently live in São Paulo, but I’m ready for a new adventure in Europe! I’m also an Italian citizen and hold an Italian/EU passport, which makes it easier for me to live and work within the European Union.
I would describe myself as friendly, responsible, creative, caring and curious. I love discovering new places, meeting people from different backgrounds and learning about how people live around the world. I’m at a moment in my life where I would love to experience something completely different from my routine in Brazil, improve and learn new languages, travel around Europe and, most importantly, become part of another culture rather than simply visiting it as a tourist.
I also have previous experience taking care of children. For around two years, I regularly babysat a little girl starting when she was 2 years old. This experience taught me a lot about patience, responsibility and how important it is to create a safe, fun and caring environment for a child. I really enjoyed being part of her routine, playing with her, keeping her entertained and watching her grow.
Becoming an au pair feels like the perfect combination of two things that are very important to me: caring for children and experiencing a new culture. I would love to build a genuine relationship with my host family and feel like part of the family while still respecting everyone's routines, boundaries and personal space.
Coming from Brazil, I would also be very happy to share a little of my culture with your family and children — and maybe teach them some Portuguese along the way! At the same time, I’m excited to learn about your traditions, food, language and everyday life.
Outside of work, I’m interested in travel, fashion, beauty, art, culture and discovering new places. I’m an outgoing person and love exploring a city, finding new cafés, visiting museums and exhibitions, walking around different neighborhoods and making new memories.
For me, being an au pair is much more than moving abroad. I see it as an opportunity to become part of another family, create a special bond with the children, learn a new language, grow personally and experience Europe from a completely different perspective.
I’m currently in Brazil and looking forward to finding a kind and welcoming host family in Europe for this next chapter of my life. ?
