Hi! My name is Naila, I’m 18 years old and from Indonesia. I recently graduated from high school and now I’m working at a clinic pharmacy.
I have experience taking care of children, especially my two younger cousins. She is Shila whom I have been taking care of since she was a baby. She is now 17 months old. I also often take care of my other cousin, who is 4 years old. At work I meet babies and children as patients almost every day. This has also made me familiar with children’s needs and basic first aid if something happens.
I love music and art, and I think they are great ways to connect with children, whether it’s singing together, drawing, playing, or simply letting them be creative. I want children to feel safe, listened to, and comfortable around me. After my Au Pair experience, I would like to continue my education and pursue nursing or another field in healthcare.
