My name is Ruth, I am 26 years old, I am from Congo and I currently live in Kinshasa.

Who I am: I am a warm, responsible, patient, and very caring person. Family is the most important thing for me. I come from a loving Congolese family and I have learned the values of respect, hard work, and kindness. I love cooking Congolese food, I love music, dancing, and I love to keep the house clean and organized.

Why I want to become an Au Pair and Nanny: I want to become an Au Pair because I have a big dream: to discover a new culture while doing what I love the most, taking care of children. I want to be a big sister for your kids, to help them grow, learn and laugh every day. I also want to improve my English and French and have a true cultural exchange with your family.

Why you should host me: You should host me because I will take care of your children and your home with all my heart. I am very honest, respectful, calm, and I never leave things unfinished. I will respect your rules, your privacy and your way of educating your children. I will bring a lot of love, joy and positive African energy into your home. Why I qualify for the position: I am highly qualified because of my natural experience with children. In my family in Kinshasa, I take care of my younger siblings and cousins every day. I help with homework, I cook, I play, I tell stories, and I put them to sleep. I also have experience babysitting for families in my neighborhood. I know how to handle different ages, how to be patient when a child cries, and how to make learning fun. I know first aid basics and I know how to keep children safe.
