Hi! My name is Rebecka, I'm 36 years old and I'm from Sweden.

I have worked as an au pair three times before, in Australia, the USA and the Cayman Islands, and I absolutely loved it! Those experiences are still some of my favourite memories, and I have often thought about how much I enjoyed being part of a family, getting to know a new culture and spending my days with children. I'm still in contact with all my previous families.

I have a university education, with a Master's degree in Teaching and a Bachelor's degree in Physics. I have been working as an upper secondary teacher for almost eight years, primarily teaching mathematics and physics, and I genuinely love my job. Working with young people is something I am passionate about, and being a teacher has taught me to be responsible, patient, creative and adaptable.

In my free time, I enjoy being active and spending time outdoors. I care a lot about my health and well-being and exercise regularly. I enjoy an active lifestyle and would be very happy to include the children in fun and active activities as well.

Even though I love being a teacher, I have realised that I really miss working as an au pair. I miss the family life, the close relationships with the children and the experience of living abroad and becoming part of another family and culture. That is why I would love to work as an au pair again!

I have an up-to-date CPR certification and am a trained lifeguard, so I take safety and responsibility very seriously.

I would describe myself as warm, caring, reliable, easy-going and responsible. I would love the opportunity to become part of a family again, help with everyday life and create new memories together.
