I have been taking care of two kids for the pass 7 years a boy and a girl they are 7and8 now since there mom and dad work abroad they will migrate to the USA this Christmas even though am going to miss them am grateful to have had this experience I would truly be humbled by your interest over the years its hard at time but rewarding I'm an amazing person to to work with always available am amazing with kids because of my experience with babysitting for my aunts from a young age I have had other jobs but always comes back to what am amazing at that taking care of your kids am not perfect but am honest fear I expect to get respect because small always respectful I am eager to learn I am determined I never give up until something is right I get on well with all kinds of people I like to keep a positive attitude hard work doesn't matter to me I actually like it I like everything I do to be well-organized I enjoy facing challenges i am following my heart and intuition I'm making a difference I am happy and grateful am growing into the best version of myself in my career, I am sure of one thing and that is to continue to build a decent career in my current domain I respect values I seek for joy rather than pleasure I respect all am careful in spending money I make sure that I am better than yesterday I don't compare myself to others I only improve am passionate about work am ambitious and driven am a people person I'm a natural leader am determined I can adapt to any situation t thrive in a fluctuating environment and I transform unexpected obstacles into stepping stones for achievement constantly innovates to create value I fine opportunities where other people see none and projects into serial success has a creative mind i always have a unique perspective when approaching an issue due to my broad range of interests and hobbies creativity is a source of differentiation and therefore at the roof of competitive advantage always has an eye on my target I endeavors to deliver high quality work time hiring me is the only guarantee for results knowing this job inside out with many years of relevant experience there is no question whether I will be efficient on the job I take work ethics very seriously I do what I am paid for and I do it well I can make decisions rapidly if needed everybody can make good decisions with sufficient time and time information the reality of our domain is different even with time pressure and high stakes we need to move forward by taking charge and being decisive I can do that I believe that we are way more productive when we are working with people with who we enjoy spending time sometimes when the situation gets hard a touch of smile can change it in any work ethics a team player brings out the best in everyone am no expert in but am amazing at my job communicate extensively good bad or ugly I believe that open communication is the most important factor I love what I do and its contagious I have an eye for detail because details matter the most am not like anyone you know am the candidate you would not expect you are hiring someone who will bring something different your kids will be my main priority when working for you they will be extremely happy so will you your kids will be able to learn different things each day with as there babysitter they will have fun lots of laughs they will be clean and healthy at all times with me I will always ensure it kids are to be treated with love care respect warmth joy happiness and much more am that person who has your kids best interests as you we will always be on the same page regarding about your kids because they are ours when am working with you I will learn everything your willing to teach because we never to old to learn something knew we will have a respectful fun relationship while with you even after I believe we get what we put in work hard you'll achieve harder I would bring the kids out with permission teach them how to be honest kind respectful loving caring compassionate ambitious how to be a leader give them reward when they achieve success in school or just in anything they get done help with home and pay attention is the main priority for children they are to get a lot if not they act differently when they feel like are not important or that they do matter especially if they have siblings the aim is not let no child feel left out I would discuss anything they want to learn about to get better understanding of them I'll earn both yours and theirs thrust so we will be able to learn more about about each other so they can come to me with anything I will teach them to never be afraid to speak up say whats bothering them to let them be whoever they want to be an angel are an unicorn it doesn't matter ok
