Hi! We're a family living in Manvel, TX in the Houston area. We have three wonderful kids — ages 5, 3, and 1 — who keep life fun, busy, and full of laughs. The kids attend school and daycare during weekdays. We're looking for a warm, reliable live-in mother's helper — ideal for a college student or gap-year student — to become part of our household.

The role: live-in mother's helper supporting our family during evenings, overnights, and weekends. Private furnished bedroom and meals provided.

Schedule — Weekdays: on-duty in the home from 4:00pm to 11:00am the next day. Evenings (~4pm–9pm, active): after-school/daycare time, dinner, play, bedtime routines. Overnight (~9pm–6am): sleeping in your private room, available if the little ones wake. Mornings (~6am–11am, active): wake-up, breakfast, getting the kids ready for school/daycare. Off-duty 11am–4pm daily — your own time for classes, studying, or errands. Weekends: full-time availability with reasonable breaks agreed together.

Compensation: $900/month stipend (negotiable up to $1,200 for the right candidate) plus free private furnished bedroom and meals. Flexible start date.

Requirements: genuine love for young children; experience with toddlers/infants strongly preferred (we have a 1-year-old); infant/child CPR and first aid certification or willing to obtain; able to pass a background check and provide references; non-smoker, kind, patient, dependable. Driver's license is a big plus but not required. College students (early childhood, nursing, education) especially welcome.
